flash booking request form

Thank you so much for wanting to get a hand-poked tattoo from me! I am now booking for September & October 2024.

Note: I charge $140-$180/hr sliding scale. My appt minimum is $200. Most of my tattoos take around 1 to 2.5 hours. I am only excepting requests for flash designs at this time.

If you are Black, Indigenous, and/or a person of color and aren't able to afford my minimum, I have a discounted minimum and sliding scale ($175 minimum, $90-$120/hr sliding scale). Just put a little note in your booking form if you want to take advantage of this discount.

The shop is a mask optional space, however, I require that my clients wear a mask while in the studio with me.

You will be asked to submit a $100 deposit upon booking your appointment which will go towards the final cost of your tattoo.

Some people prefer to not talk & to listen to their own music or podcasts during their session. I am always in support of this and will just need to talk to check in with you throughout your appt to ask for consent & make sure you are feeling okay.
