seattle booking request form

Thank you so much for wanting to get a hand-poked tattoo from me while I am guesting in Seattle in April. I will be tattooing April 16th-27th at Tattletale Tattoo in Pioneer Square.

RATES: My rates when traveling are $160-$200/hr sliding scale. My appt minimum is $200. You can submit a request for flash or custom! I will only be accepting Cash or Zelle for payment.

I ask that clients wear a mask while getting tattooed by me because we will be in such close proximity. I will also be wearing a mask.

You will be asked to submit a $80 deposit upon booking your appointment which will go towards the final cost of your tattoo and is non-refundable but can be transferred to a future date if given at least 3 days notice.
